Training disclaimer

Draft — pending legal review. This document is a working draft written for the Grapplov private beta. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should be professionally reviewed before public launch.
Not medical advice
Grapplov provides general strength and conditioning information for healthy adult grappling athletes. It is not medical advice and does not create a coach–athlete or clinician–patient relationship.
No diagnosis, no rehabilitation
Grapplov cannot assess your health, diagnose an injury, or prescribe rehabilitation. When you flag pain on an exercise, the app simply stops progressing that movement and offers a substitute — that is a programming decision, not a clinical one.
If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from a layoff, get clearance from a physician or physiotherapist before using any programme here.
Stop and seek care
Stop training and seek professional care if you experience sharp or persistent pain, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, numbness, tingling, joint instability, or any symptom that concerns you. Never train through pain because a programme says to.
Load, technique and your own judgement
Recommended loads and RPE targets are estimates derived from what you log. You are responsible for warming up, using safe technique and equipment, using spotters or safety pins where appropriate, and adjusting or skipping anything that does not suit you on the day. Combining hard mat sessions with heavy lifting carries real injury risk.
Your risk
Strength training and grappling carry inherent risk of injury. You use Grapplov entirely at your own risk, and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for injury or loss arising from your training.
