Who you are contracting with

Grapplov is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and, if you are signing up for an organisation, authorised to bind it.

What Grapplov provides

Grapplov generates deterministic strength programmes for grappling athletes based on the schedule, equipment, experience and competition dates you enter, and adapts them from your logged sessions and weekly check-ins. Payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscription terms

The introductory plan charges €2.99 immediately for 14 days of full access and then renews automatically at €7.99 per month until cancelled. The annual plan is €59 per year, renewing yearly. The founding offer charges €39 for the first year and renews at €59 per year; it is limited to the first 100 athletes and one redemption per account.

All prices are in euro and shown inclusive of any applicable tax at checkout. Renewals are charged automatically to your payment method on the renewal date. We will tell you before any price change and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your training history is kept so you can resubscribe later.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle — request one at paddle.net or by contacting our support.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a recovery state and Paddle retries the payment. Access ends if the payment is not recovered; deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel first.

Acceptable use

You must not use Grapplov unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape or probe the service, resell or redistribute programmes, reverse engineer the app, or circumvent access limits. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of Grapplov, its software, programming logic, exercise library and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan. Your training data remains yours.

Availability, liability and suspension

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk. On termination you can export your data before deleting your account.
